Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Play a key role in providing financial analysis using data from underlying systems for management reporting.

- Responsible for monthly management reports of business units and provide consolidate monthly management package (revenue performance, gross margin analysis, SG&A analysis and other metrics)

- Actively assist in forecasting and budgeting on a timely basis

- Work with financial systems team to enhance/ maintain financial mapping for management reporting

- Role encompasses an interesting mix of reporting rhythms, coordination and analysis and provide value added reports

Qualification and Experience

- A Chartered Accountant Inter/ICWAI/MBA Finance with minimum 5-10 years of financial analysis (FP&A) experience

- Strong background in finance, with excellent knowledge in Excel/ PowerPoint and business intelligence tools

- SAP experience is preferred

- Strong analytical skills, with ability to understand complex finance, accounting and business issues.
