Requirements:

- Proficiency in Financial Modelling and Excel

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree preferred

- Knowledge of real estate investment principles

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Manage- Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities

- Perform financial analysis, including financial modelling and valuation

- Conduct detailed site visits, analyze investment risks, asset quality, lease terms and quality and further growth opportunities

- Underwrite, diligence, execute/close and subsequently monitor acquired commercial real estate assets

- Conduct and facilitate diligence including liaising with consultants across legal, finance & accounting

- Conduct market research and analyze market trends

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for investment decisions

- Prepare investment memos and reports for review by senior management

- Participate in due diligence processes and assist in negotiations with asset owners

- Stay updated on real estate market conditions and industry best practices
