Financial Analyst - NBFC

We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Business & Investment Analyst who will work closely with stakeholders to manage the entire investment lifecycle; identify investment opportunities and manage & track portfolio companies using data and technology.

A well qualified candidate should have experience and interest in evaluating and investing in private and public market opportunities , a data-driven mindset with a passion for technology, processes and a growth mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze investment opportunities in both, private and public markets

- Prepare industry and sector research reports

- Perform qualitative, quantitative and financial due diligence on companies

- Build best practices for monitoring and data collection of portfolio companies

- Identify and implement relevant softwares and technologies to enable traceability, visibility and optimization for portfolio companies

- Analyze business performance and set up processes to drive scalable growth

- Set business targets and goals and implement systems to track the same

- Help design, document and maintain system processes

- Communicate key insights and findings to relevant teams

- Travel wherever necessary, both domestic and international, from time to time

Qualification: CA or MBA Finance
