Financial Analyst - Investment Banking/Private Equity/NBFC (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the acquisition analysis and due diligence of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA)/ student housing transactions throughout India.
- Conducting, compiling, and summarizing market research and trends
- Creating financial models and sensitivity analyses
- Assist in performing due diligence on investments
- Legal documentation review and support
- Producing investment materials for investment committee meetings and Board meetings
Requirements :
- MBA Finance from Top Ranked Colleges only or CA
- With a background in Corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or NBFC, candidates should have experience executing transactions
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling
- Expert level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
