Essential Educational &amp; Experience: - CA /MBA from premier institute - 5-8 experience in preparation of Budgets and MIS functions of a large business. - Knowledge of working in SAP environment. - Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Power Point - Assisting the Group Finance Controller in discharge of the following functions: - Support the GFC in smooth running of review forums which will include agenda preparation, minutes preparations of discussions, track closure of open items and follow through them. - Ensure through review of documents coming into GFC office for comprehensiveness and accuracy. - Support GFC in Finance Business Partner activities e.g analysis of new opportunities such M &amp; A, payback and cash-flow analysis for new business opportunities and capital expenditure program. - Support the GFC in preparation for a performance review meeting with Businesses. - Support the GFC in driving continuous improvement activities - Support the GFC in liaison with Business /Company CFO and Finance Heads. C.
