Financial Analyst - Global PE Fund - CA (2-4 yrs)
Financial Analyst- Global PE fund
Our client is a leading global PE fund and is looking to hire an analyst in the Finance function.
Job responsibilities :
1. Management of financial and accounting requirements of the funds
2. Oversee and manage the firm's vendors / advisors to deliver accounting, tax and company secretarial compliance outcomes for all group entities, including statutory accounts, audits, tax filings, company secretarial processes
3. Work with the the firm's principals and advisors on strategic matters including fund structuring, NAV reconciliation, investor relations.
Ideal candidate:
1. CAs with 2 to 4 years of post- qualification experience in Finance roles (CA- mandatory)
2. Excellent communication skills [since the role involves maintaining investor relations across countries]
3. Folks currently working in Big 4 in audit/Fund services companies will be preferred
CTC on offer : ~18 lacs + Bonus (Depending upon current CTC and experience)
