Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Aanalysis


Responsibilities :


To be part of the team driving the P&L for 250 M business. Financial planning and Reporting in Revenue and costs.

Revenue Forecast :


- Preparation of revenue forecasts and submission to Regional and India Headquarters as per agreed timelines, Regular interaction with commercial leaders, commercial team to get visibility on the revenue forecast/ opportunities, Identifying opportunities to grow the business. Track revenue trends and highlight key risk/ opportunities and mitigating plans, Identifying pricing opportunities

- Ensure Revenue Recognition is accurate and in line with corporate guidelines

Publishing MIS :


- Revenue/ Opex / P&L reports at agreed frequency Opex management


- Preparation and submission of Opex Budgets to Regional and India Headquarters Continuous tracking of the costs to ensure that spend is within the Budget

- Revenue Target setting


- Play a key role in setting individual Revenue targets for the commercial team and tracking the same. Highlight the variances on timely manner

- Collaborate with Commercial team- Working with commercial team to lend support for execution of the Revenue plan

- Supporting Commercial leaders by providing the information required on regular basis.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

- Candidate with 5/7 years' experience in MNC in Financial Planning

- Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA

- Good Communication skills

- Well versed in Financial Systems (ERP- E1 / SAP )

- Exposure to Hyperion planning would be an added advantage
