Financial Analyst - CA - Pharma (4-8 yrs)

Their customers span the globe, staffed by over 2,800 employees, they operate in 10 manufacturing locations ensuring they can get product to all corners of the world. We are looking for a Financial Analyst for their manufacturing plant in Daruhera, Gurgaon. The profile would be as below:

Financial Analyst : India Region

Reporting To : Finance Director - India Region

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 4-6 years

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

Financial Planning and Budgeting :

- Creation of Annual Business Plans and LE through active co-ordination with Sales / Marketing and Operations functions

- Develop Expense Budgets and operations KRAs through coordination with functional heads ensuring that functional goal are in sync with the India Affiliate goals

- Develop Income Statement and EBIDTA targets

MIS and Performance Reporting :

- Analysis of the variances/trends with underlying business contributors for monthly Scorecard.

Post Plan Control :

- Loading the annual plan in the SAP and tracking performance / contingency planning / controlling budgets, developing rolling forecasts, tracking post plan trends

Pricing Analysis :

- Analyzing pricing scenarios which ensure competitiveness in the market place and maximize realizations.

- Product wise and Customer wise margins analysis (for India Local Market).

Transfer Pricing:

- Coordinate and validating the Transfer Pricing study report and preparation for transfer Pricing assessments.

Business Case development :

- Financial Analysis of business initiatives

Capex Plan development and Tracking:

- Preparation of capex plan and tracking of the same on monthly basis.

- Supporting in Operational Review

Finance portion:

- Preparation of capex plan and tracking of the same on monthly basis.

Supporting in SAP functioning:

- Coordinating and help in maximizing the outcome from SAP.

Local GAAP Reporting and Audit:

- Coordinate for in closing the Audit and XBRL Filing.

Location : Gurgaon (The client is 5 days working organisation in Gurgaon with transport facility for local candidates only)

Compensation: Not a limiting factor & a constraint.
