Financial Analyst - Business Planning

JOB PURPOSE:

To drive important and critical financial benchmarking activities across multiple industries, analyze new markets & products and drive cross-group initiatives at group level aiding group companies in their pursuit of delivering better business & financial outcomes.

ORGANISATIONAL CHART:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Work with the head of strategy to create exceptional benchmarking analysis across various industries, conduct cross-group collaboration and continuously deliver new market analysis with focus on financial metrics.

- Formulate a strong pulse of competition & market landscape, conduct market research and benchmark industry wide parameters.

- Provide detailed benchmarking analysis across major BFSI players

- Assist the group strategy team in multiple Ad-hoc research projects

- Work with designated business and functional SPOCs across the group companies for seamless project execution

- Interface with group companies to drive critical cross selling initiatives & projects.

- Run pilot projects & experiments to innovate across existing products & distribution channels.

- Aid group companies in new product development and launch processes.

- Work with head of strategy and create exceptional financial analysis & reports

- Create company wise financial dashboard.

- Publish quarterly outperformance reports.

- Publish quarterly note of peer group companies on financial parameters, post investment calls.
