Financial Analyst/Business Analyst Manufacturing

- Handle internal controls, cost-management

- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

- Streamlining and improving of internal and external reporting.

To provide financial insights to CFO to help the decision-making process, and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA WITH 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing industry exposure is a must.

2. Strong communication/interpersonal skills

3. Proven analytical background

4. Business proficiency in the following areas is required:

1) Strong business acumen

2) Understanding of costing concepts and terminology

3) Ability to manage a large amount of transactional data and determine trends up to part number level with win-loss analysis using statistical and analytical tools.

4) Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills and the inter-personal skills to interact with all levels of management.

5) Highly motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.

5. Technical proficiency in following areas is required:

- MS Access, MS- Excel, Web-Based Tools,
