Hiring for Financial Analyst Location ; Bangalore Salary : Upto Rs 15 LPA - A Financial Analyst will be instrumental in setting business metrics, helping management in creating client delivery/cost structure strategies for profitability maximization, and responsible for keeping track of the Company's financial plan, analyzing the Company's performance s against the set targets, and performing variance analysis. - The Analyst will report to the CFO and will also assist Operations in their divisional reporting. This is accomplished by: - Setup FPA reporting which will help management in its decision making Developing financial models to support planning, and forecasting - Reconciling existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data - Conducting comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Business / Financial Analyst are: - Operations and productivity analysis (metrics creation & reporting; optimization strategies) - P&L analysis - Profitability analysis - Financial performance analysis - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements - Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts - Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization - Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials - Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, etc. - Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools - Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation data - Additional duties as required
