Financial Analyst - BFS

- Support the Fund Manager by evaluating feasibility, credit risk, valuation of stressed assets

- Create financial models backed by hard facts/market research/peer numbers,

- Check loopholes in the current models

- Analytical comparison using ratios.

- Preparing various reports and MIS for effective monitoring of investments/investee companies

- Deviation analysis of actuals with milestones, budgets, and forecasts, etc. and raising of red flags on significant deviations

- Close monitoring of cash flows of the investee companies/investments

- Prepare and update internal valuation models, memos, and reports for sharing with investors, consultants, and other partners

- Close monitoring of resolution accounts involving preparation of resolution plans, regular site visits, cash flow monitoring, interaction with resolution professionals/ investee companies

- Preparation/ Research of Relevant Micro-Markets
