- Business Performance and evaluation (Business MIS - weekly, monthly etc)

- RM performance measurement (Against Plan and benchmark)

- Manpower Approval

- Resolution of RM queries

One point of contact in FINCON for all MIS requirements of business and Fincon Seniors

Job Specifications:

- Must have good oral and written communication skills as profile requires lot of interaction with Seniors across divisions.

- Banking knowledge is a must

- Techno Savvy and Flair for MIS / Data crunching

- Will be required to work against tight deadlines

- Team player and good communication and presentation skills

- Should be proficient in MS EXCEL
