Financial Analyst

Role: Financial Analyst

Experience: 2- 6 Years.

Job Location: Noida.

Job Timing: 12PM - 9PM (Cab included)

Scope work:

- Will be responsible for supporting our accounting department in various tasks related to general ledger management and compliance with accounting standards.

- They will be integral in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations during this period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct analysis of financial data, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.

- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

- Provide support for internal and external audits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- 2-6 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.

- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.

- Knowledge of STAT (Statutory Accounting Principles) and Solvency II regulations preferred.

- Experience with chart of accounts and general ledger maintenance.

- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.

- Familiarity with asset classes, particularly bond asset class.

- CFA Level (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification or progress towards certification preferred.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
