About Client:

Our Client has been in business since 1986 and are a luxury Bedding & Furniture company based out of Dallas, Texas. They Manufacture in India and Wholesale/Retail in USA.

Role:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for efficient financial operations.

- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation. - Continuously evaluate accounting processes and systems, implementing efficiency measures.

- Contribute to financial forecasts and annual budget planning.

- Assess financial risks and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (a understanding of us accounting will be a plus)

- Preferred work experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a team.

- Proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
