Opening For Financial Advisor (Wealth Management)

Responsibilities :

1. Acquire new HNI and Corporate prospects by promoting wealth management products

2. Retain the existing clients by appropriate servicing and portfolio advisory( new business from existing clients)

3. Periodic wallet sizing of the customers

4. Ensure top notch service level to the clients with the help of Service team, Advisory team and Management

5. Constantly update knowledge on products, asset classes, trends and developments

1. Implement sales strategies to drive growth in business volumes through client acquisitions

2. Understand client needs to develop customized asset allocation solutions in various products(real estate advisory, real estate fund, equity investment, private equity fund, debt, insurance, commodity funds, brooking, PMS, margin funding and bonds)

3. Optimize risk weighted returns to clients

4. Increasing client's profitability from the wealth products

a. Responsible for overall target achievement

b. Achieve the client acquisition target and the revenue target outlined by the management from time to time

c. Understand client's attitude towards taking risk and deliver innovative investment strategies

d. Constantly monitor, review and update client portfolios based on timely analysis of market dynamics and re balance them accordingly

e. Increase client engagement by regularly having product/portfolio meets with them

f. Acquire new clients by initiating customer referral drives

g. Ensure close relationships with the Product Advisory Team and the

h. Customer Service Team to further leverage association with the clients

i. Ensure internal processes are adhered to with regard to KYC norms

j. Standard documentation processes within said TAT

2. Constantly updating his/her knowledge of MOSL's and competitor's products

3. Apprising the clients with latest and regular updates on products and markets

4. Having a thorough understanding of the market dynamics

5. Managing multiple clients
