Company Profile: A company specializing in the recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Mission: The Finance & Administrative Manager reports hierarchically to the subsidiary General Manager and functionally to the company's Group HQ Financial department in France.
Responsibilities :
Financial, accounting and administrative supervision
- Validate and guarantee the reliability of the monthly reporting and financial statements;
- Carry out annual budgets accordingly to the strategic choices of local as well as the company's Group management;
- Monitor the monthly stock valuation, operating costs and commercial margin;
- Ensure the consistency of operations with the signed contracts;
- Monitor the invoicing process and ensure that monthly purchase and sale prices are correctly updated;
- Produce the monthly reporting: follow up the evolution of financial results, analysis in comparison with the budget and report to management (India and France);
- Supervise financial flows management: treasury, check and approve bank account balances, produce cash flow forecasts;
- Control the preparation of monthly payroll published by the external accounting firm;
- Ensure the completion and reliability of the monthly and quarterly social report;
- Implement and ensure the respect of internal control rules;
- Pilot the administrative management of insurances and disputes;
- Prepare the business plan for all new tenders and potential investments;
- Ensure that all contracts entered by the company are properly prepared taking all the legal requirements and company principles into consideration;
Management and representing :
- Handle the relationship with the external consultancy company that administers payroll and accounting
- Manage the accounting process with the external consultancy company
- Manage the administrative staff (1 employee);
- Suggest solutions to improve internal efficiency, put in place the company's Group procedures and digital tools
- Assist the General Manager in strategic decisions
- Represent the company in front of third parties: tax authorities, auditors, banks, credit insurance and other financial institutions.
Skills Required:
- Management skills in the administration of a medium sized company respecting internal and legal rules
- Use to evolve within an international environment
- Expertise in financial control and cash management
- Experience of fiscal and accounting monitoring with external company
- Ability to implement processes and procedures
- Highly trustful and reliable personality
- Rigor and autonomy
- Ability to travel (mostly in India and sometimes in Europe)
Required Profile:
Education: University degree in Finance
Experience: 5-8 years
Language: Fluent English (spoken and written)
