Job Description : 

- To drive Six Sigma & Lean initiatives across the organization and evolve the continuous improvement culture

- Extensive Lean Analysis to identify the inefficiencies, improve capacity utilization and eliminate NVA in the process

- Identify the value-added opportunities and driving initiatives to achieve the success.

- You will be involved in identifying the inefficiencies within the Service Management Processes / Systems, identifying the non-value-added activities in which our Client Service Managers are involved, and then creating systems, documents, processes in such a manner which will help in driving process improvements, continuous improvement plans and other related activities.

- You will be involved in documenting, centralizing, optimizing, improving and automating processes.

- You will be involved in elimination of wastes as much as possible.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Certified Black Belt including experience with a minimum of 5 years

- 5+ years of experience leading quality and continuous improvement programs after procuring Black Belt certification from a leading certifier;

- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills

- Knowledge / experience in process automation would be added advantage

- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills

- Should be able to multi task and have competitive project management skills.

- Should have worked for a shared services centre (captive or bpo)
