Finance Specialist - Innovation Ventures Consulting Firm

Seeking finance professional from a venture capital background, who can combine top-notch finance skills with business acumen to play a leadership-track role at an innovation consulting firm.

Job Description:

- Provide financial oversight of innovation ventures and portfolio companies

- Analyzing financial data to support key decisions related to business model innovation

- Create and update business plans for ongoing decision making related to investment and operations

- Foster and maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with portfolio companies and ventures

- Handle all portfolio management activities, including preparation of one off and periodic reports required for internal and external reporting

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Strong Business Acumen

- Proficiency with Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills

- Have a flair for numbers, work well with people, have a positive work attitude including willingness to work longer hours during peak periods to meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance from a reputed university

- 5+ years' of post CA/MBA experience

- Experience with a venture capital firm strongly preferred
