Description - As the Finance and Secretarial Manager, you will handle the entire gamut of finance and accounts as well as secretarial compliances for an established multinational with a large investment into India

Client Details -

Description -

Reporting to the India CFO your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising accounts receivable processes to ensure billing and collections are accurate and optimised

- Handling the appropriate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes

- Monthly MIS reporting and quarterly financial reporting

- Filing returns with the ROC, ensuring the conducting of board meetings and AGMs

Profile -

- As a successful candidate you are a qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 2 years of secretarial/ accounting experience with manufacturing firms. You are a self starter and possess good communication skills
