Finance Role - Payroll Accounting - Financial Firm - CA (4-10 yrs)
Primary responsibilities will include :
- Ensure monthly financial close activities are completed within timelines
- Review of monthly account reconciliations.
- Payroll Accounting and Payroll Reconciliation.
- Ensure that accounting and operations comply with the Accounting and Finance Manual and SOX Controls.
- Lead various process related improvement projects.
- Advise and provide solutions to improve the current systems and process.
- Hands on person who can handle work pressures.
- Understand priorities and adopt a customer centric approach within the overall team charter.
- Coordinating with cross functions and cross-countries.Facilitate strong relationship with business partners through effective communication and regular interaction.
- Good Communication skills (written and oral) & ability to perform multi-tasking and exposure to different cultures.
- Self-driven, positive, flexible towards work, ability to solve problems independently and bring innovative ideas to improve the current process.
- Should be a good team player and should provide guidance, direction and support to team members to help them develop themselves and meet their goals.
Qualifications:
- CA with 4+ years of Post Qualification experience, with commerce and strong academic background.
- Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes,people and projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work with senior management.
- Sound knowledge of accounting concepts & principles.
