Finance Planner - Digitization - Pharma (3-7 yrs)
Qualification & Experience
- MBA (Finance) Tier 1/2 college only + B.Tech
- Exp- 3-5 yrs post MBA, (1-2 year as software developer priori to MBA)
Functional Skillset & Experience
- S4,Oracle Financials, EPM system (Anaplan, BPC, Hyperion), data analytics
- Experience on Process consulting for finance process - Accounting, FP&A. Preferred to have done assignments on Process maturity assessment, Process re-enginneering and familiarity with techniques of doing those. Requirement gathering & documenting the business requirements.
- Hands on experience- as lead driving end to end implementation (SDLC lifecycle) of digital tool and systems-
- Requirements>Design>Build>testing etc.
Role & Responsibility
Dr. Reddy's is striving to take digitisation in finance to next level with the target of achieving 90% digitisation of finance processes, exploring and implementing AI & Robotic in finance, Advance Analytics stream.
- The incumbent will be part Central Finance Digitisation team.
- Drive Projects, will be part of critical/important digital projects
- Work on strategy for short and long term finance digitisation journey
- Evaluate and help drive Advance Analytics (AI/ML) in finance
- Work closely with technical team acting as a product Owner and managing and owning the delivery/requirements.
- Track, monitor important / critical projects
- Ensure good governance mechanism in place for individual critical/important projects
- Exposure to identification of test scenario's, test cases, Data validation.
- Hands on exposure to project management tools like JIRA, MS office
Reporting to: Head of Finance Digitalisation

- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Ability to connect dots and zeal to partner/drive along with finance team and IT team
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Should be a Self- starter and work independently
- Should be adaptable and flexible in his approach.
