We are scouting for a F&A Manager for a Global client based in Mumbai. Preferably from Shared Services background, Able to manage the team of 4-5 people and provide them guidance. CA Preffered The job description is as follows: 1) Transformation expert is needed to assure success in the role. 2) Oversee daily and monthly accounts receivable and account payable functions for locations outside of India 3) You will be responsible for leading and managing multiple pursuits and engagements focusing on design and implementation of the shared services function 4) Experience in transitioning processes from western locations to a shared service centre, and in harmonizing processes 5) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus, SAP experience essential 6) Initiate and lead strategic initiatives related to P2P business cycles 7) Technical, hands-on experience in design and implementation of shared services including Process Assessment, Business case development, transition planning, people & organization management, processes, location analysis, talent assessment and technology automation 8) Accountable for internal control compliance for all accounts receivable, cash application and accounts payable activities 9) Demonstrated work experience in transition & change management in the finance function, with an ability to design and implement operating model of shared services construct.
