Revenue Accounting : Finance Manager Job Responsibilities : - Develop a strong understanding of the EdTech/E-commerce business. - Generate/monitor weekly or monthly revenue, and margins and provide actionable insights to improve the same. - Estimation/ forecast/ projection of revenue and related analytics. - Revenue accounting as per INDAS / US GAAP/ IFRS. - Revenue Modelling and variance analysis. - Develop pricing strategies and forecasting, Conduct Competition Analyses, evaluate trends, creating promotional plans to increase revenue. - Work closely with sales teams, operations, and different departments for business planning, expansion, and cost analysis. - Design and build innovative models for revenue management and commercial planning. - Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data are needed. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, MS Excel and system skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. - Lead Revenue Automation projects. Required Skills : - CA/MBA with E-commerce/IT front-end experience in Revenue assurance and accounting. - 3-7 years of experience in Revenue Accounting (India & Global Subsidiaries). - Industry Preferred : Startup/Tech/E-commerce (should have a flavor for Automation) - Experience coordinating with multiple business functions to develop new strategies and solutions. - Excellent project management skills.
