Finance Manager - Retail/Real Estate (6-8 yrs)
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Purpose of the role is to provide support to the finance department in managing the financial resources of the company by forecasting and planning thereby helping in taking strategic decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of financials Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and yearly financials at year ending.
- MIS preparation with complete financials. All Balance sheet item & Expenses & Provision schedule preparation.
- Complete tax audit, Advance tax working.
- Income Tax return filing within timelines.
- Checking of GST working, reports and filing of returns.
- Managing internal and statutory Audits and coordinating with the auditors
- Inter departmental coordination.
- Helping in preparation of income tax assessment details as per IT notice of previous years
- Cash Flows, FAR,
- Statutory compliances and payments monitoring of TDS, VAT, PF and ESI.
