Finance Manager - Regulatory Reporting - BFSI

BRIEF PROFILE AND WORK EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE :

- IGAAP Financial and Notes to accounts: Responsible for preparation of financial and NTA for the company and for holding company for consolidation of results.

- Management Reporting: Responsible for preparation of MIS, Flash and forecast, Opex and Balance sheet analysis, Actual Vs budget walk, Profit walk etc

- Other Reporting: Solvency working, Expense of management compliance, ICF, JV posting in oracle, Define the accounting for product setups etc.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, the Companies Act 2013, and also the IRDAI regulations.

- SEBI Reporting: - Responsible for SEBI LODR reporting

- Quarterly/Annual audit: Support in statutory audits, internal audits including ICFR.
