Finance Manager - Plant Finance - CA - FMCG

Preferred Education & Experience :

CA

- Total Experience - 4-5 year's experience with 2-3 in Plant accounting role

- Preferred exposure to Oracle ERP modules of OPM, General Ledger & Accounts Payables

- Drive cost control at the plant with regular MIS and Dash boards to help the Plant meet budget target.

- Regular inputs to the factory head for overall efficiency towards plant operations.

- Set up budgets for the plant in collaboration with the plant leadership team

- Liaise closely with the Supply chain team at the plant and work towards optimizing costs.

- Timely analysis and review of plant related costs and Timely closure of the monthly Plant financials including COGS to ensure timely monthly US GAAP reporting.

- Review and analysis of RM, PM Consumption Postings including Product wise Consumption Report and consolidation of Factory Cost of Production.

- Ensuring timely plant related B/S account reconciliations to ensure accounting hygiene and satisfactory SEC submissions required as per US regulations.

- Setting up robust Internal Control processes at the Plant in consultation with respective managers to be compliant with the Internal Control norms of the Company and thereby ensure satisfactory Internal Audit.

- Leveraging system to ensure operational efficiency with respect to Supply Chain Financial processes and accounting.

- Handling Statutory Audit requirements in relation to Supply Chain accounting and ensuring deliverables within stipulated timelines

- Handling Cost Audit of the India BU and ensuring deliverables within stipulated timelines

- Ensure timely & accurate submission of purchase data for VAT compliance and various other compliances.

- Working knowledge of VAT, Excise laws for risk minimization and proper reflection in accounts

- Coordinating with the planning team for Variance analysis Vs. budget with respect to Supply Chain expenses.
