Finance Manager - Merger & Acquisition - (Qualified CA 1st Or 2nd Attempt cleared Must)
Job Role :
- Work closely with Biz Division & Biz Development team members in project management for all stages of the M&A process, from category/target identification, to due diligence, to integration planning, to post-deal accounting and reporting.
- Conduct acquisition financial analysis using different modeling and valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow analysis.
- Co-ordinate with external advisors (Investment banks, Attorneys, valuation experts, etc) and internal cross-functional teams on acquisitions
- Ensure and monitor the day-to-day smooth functioning of financial operations
- Hands on experience in Day to Day Accounting, Taxation, Audit etc
Key Skills:
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate firmly and clearly to the business
- Strong Analytical & Advisory skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of corporate M & A skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Exp : 10-12 yrs post qualification
- Minimum ten years of relevant experience
- Five years of Managerial experience
- Qualification : CA (1st or 2nd Attempt)
- Experience in handling team of 2-3 qualified (CA) people
