Finance Manager - Merger & Acquisition - BFSI (6-16 yrs)
Responsible for conducting Financial and Tax Due Diligence for newly Acquired Business.
- Responsible for Financial Integration for new acquired business ( W/0 tools) and manage business Post Acquisition.
- Responsible for Implementing QuEST Reporting Structure with all Operating parameters for ease for Consolidation
- Preparation of various business models for business use - Valuations / LOI Drafting etc .
- Responsible for SPA finalization with commercial and tax clauses inclusion and take it to closure
- Responsible for building a set of analytical resources, meaningful reporting, and methodologies to enhance decision-making support at QuEST
- Responsible for providing advice & counsel to management for development of appropriate actions and supports business.
- Responsible for supporting CEO of Target Company with MIS and other needs for achieving Growth / Profit and Cash Flow Targets.
- Responsible for presenting business insights through Management Meeting for improvising business Performance.
- Responsible for Structure finalization working with Tax team closely
Pre-Acquisition Role:
- Valuation for Prospective business and understanding of the business.
- Calculation of Financial Parameters like IRR, NPV, Pay-back, Financial Ratios.
- Support on Finance/Tax/Legal Due Diligence reports working with various stakeholders and prepare Management presentation for the same.
- Coordinating various QuEST departments Internal as well as External during DD process.
- Inputs for SPA Commercial clauses
Post-Acquisition Role:
- Support Month End/Quarter end Activities for Newly Acquired Entities in aligning acquired entities data with QuEST MIS reporting system.
- Preparation for Monthly/Quarterly Board Deck Presentation for Management Discussion.
- Liaising with Auditors during Quarter end and Annual year end to close Audit as per QuEST timeline.
Candidate is desired to have:
- Good Level Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Good Inter-personal skill.
- Good Verbal and Written communication skill.
- Flexibility in travelling
Salary Offered : 14-18 LPA
