Finance Manager - Manufacturing - CA

Role and responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of Finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.

- Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance department.

- Ensure the organization adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Manage the consolidation of financial records and oversee auditing processes.

- Generate management reports and actively participate in strategic meetings.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with bankers and key external vendors.

- Assess business efficiencies and recommend strategies to enhance profitability.

- Leader & Excellent people manager
