Responsibilities :
- Looking for Strategic Planning, preparing & managing the quarterly & annual operating plan, Budgeting & forecasting, MIS and Financial reporting, setting up process & control, Operational & Financial metrics analysis, etc.
- Driving targets with Business teams and help them with gap analysis and improvement plans.
- Working closely with the operation & business managers to drive down inefficient costs and optimize for steady-state costing. Also setting up necessary processes & control for achieving sustainable optimal cost.
- Automation of reporting and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving metrics
Requirements :
- 2-5 Years of experience post qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Fin-tech or Financial Services related tech companies., Consumer Internet Companies.
- Knowledge of Tableau/Analytics Tool would be preferred.
