Finance Manager/Finance Head - Chartered Accountant

We are seeking qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (Only Chartered Accountants to apply) for Accounts and Finance Manager position to oversee our company's US & India financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning and analysis, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Financial Budgeting, Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

- Analyse financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to the executive team.

- Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analysis to senior management.

- Coordinate the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and budgets.

- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis, providing explanations for deviations from planned figures.

- Prepare rolling financial forecasts based on market trends and company performance.

Accounting and Compliance:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.

- Liaise with all auditors and manage the annual audit process.

Taxation:

- Manage the company's tax planning and compliance, including US & India - income tax, GST, and other applicable taxes.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in US & India tax laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes in the company's tax strategy.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.

- Implement effective cash flow management strategies to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs and investments.

- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
