Finance Manager - eCommerce - CA (3-7 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities
- Business Reporting with detailed Unit Economic analysis, Root cause analysis and reporting.
- Responsible for City Finance Management & Business Partnering for 2 or 3 Cities
- Leading the monthly financial close process for the Zones
- Key Finance Business Partner to the City /Zonal Leadership Team coupled with Central HQ teams.
- Work closely with the Business Team, Sales, Supply and Operations teams to ensure business goals with financial targets are achieved.
- Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
- Contribute to the development of finance planning and analysis tools on PAN India basis
- Experience of preparation of various Monthly and Quarterly Management reports, MIS, Budgets etc.
- Develop and manage team, including mentoring and coaching.
- Work closely with Business Finance & Corporate Finance team to drive controls and financial, legal commercial policies adherence in respective Zonal.
- Drive accuracy of inputs and payout hygiene and policy adherence for critical payouts.
- Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting for Business Operations.
- Continually improving Internal processes and controls.
- Ensure compliance of local rules and regulations including handling of audits and inspections.
Essential Functions:
- High levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
- Strong numerical ability coupled with sound reasoning and logical deduction skills
- Strong excel skills
- Collaborative style with strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication management skills
- Must be able to set priorities, analyses problems and formalize clear effective solution
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
- Relevant Industry : Start up or E-commerce industry
- CA with 3 to 5 years, Post CA
- Age Bracket 25 to 30 Years
- Working in small team setup / Managing team of 2-5 people
- Tally ERP knowledge ( Navision & Oracle is good to have )
