Our Client is a D2C Premium Men's Lifestyle Brand based out in Bangalore is looking to hire Finance manager with 3-5 yrs of experience post completing CA. Responsibilities: - Managing overall accounts and finance function - Ensuring finance-related processes adhere and compliances are met - Responsible for Monthly MIS and reporting - Managing monthly cash burn - Assisting in handling investor's related queries and required data and information - Ensuring and resolving legal compliances & issues - Assist in investor-related documentation - Preparing Financials Quarterly - Manage books of Accounts using existing Accounting System - Ensure timely filing and reporting of IT, GST, TDS and ensure compliance with other required Legal and Financial regulations - Create monthly P&L, Cost analysis, profitability analysis and other important dashboards for the company - Prepare monthly MIS, investor dashboards and presentations - Prepare for audits and due diligence Candidate Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (Qualified CA / CFA / CMA) with strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Experience with an FMCG Or Manufacturing organization required and experience with a start- up would be an added advantage - Strong proficiency in Financial Systems - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to build great presentations and reports
