- Resolving queries as & when raised by consultant & DGAD

- Reconciliation of cost audit data with the Financial & anti-dumping cost data

- Verification of material movement as per format A with the oracle stock summary report

- Verification of power & fuel data as per Format D with oracle reports.

- Verification & validation of anti dumping cost Data with books of accounts.

- Regular follow-up for closure of audit Points/CSA in system

- Uniform practice to be developed across all units

- Timely update the status on audit Reports.

- Timely reviewing the unreconciled balances & report

- Follow-up with respective users for reconciliation

- Timely & accurately updating in oracle

- Follow-up with unit team for any Concerns & issues

- Dealing for insurance like IAR, Marine, credit Export etc.

- Timely follow-up with plant teams for settlement of insurance claims

- Preparation of Monthly GSTR-1 Returns

- Refund Filling like Deemed export

- A timely update to relevant stakeholders for changes in GST Law

- Timely look the system issues & highlight to IT teams for solution

- Repository of legal cases

- Status review of all cases

- Filling of responses through corporate legal & taxation teams

- Timely update the changes in oracle system

- To compile the data as per requirement from external parties like like FICCI,CII,RBI etc.

- To facilitate as per requirement from plants related to BG,LC, etc.
