Role : Finance Manager / Commercial Manager - Sales Finance
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience :
- Minimum 6 - 7 years experience at a managerial level handling sales finance across key geographies and channels with exposure to routine sales finance processes as well as business partnering to drive key organizational objectives.
- Exposure to E-Commerce channel is preferable.
- Holistic experience in building Sales Finance structure in a well-established sales organization in FMCG sector.
Overall Job Objective (Purpose) :
- Finance Manager will be the overall in charge of Sales Finance at a PAN India level. Reporting will be to the CFO / Head - Commercial. This individual will business partner with the Sales Director
- He will closely work with the Country Head / Sales / Finance / Supply / Marketing/ Legal team / Mill Team (Managers)
Primary responsibilities includes:
- Collaborating with the Sales Head and his team to deliver the sales targets
- Establishing world class processes for sales finance- distributor appointment, collections, credit monitoring, collections, delinquencies, distributor exits, claims processing
- Building a strong and sound system to manage financial aspects of a large sales team
- Monitoring distributor return on investment and suggesting corrective action
- Monitor the sales capability build up across the Country and measure actual results against agreed milestones
- Reports to CFO
- Team of 2-3 people reporting to this position
