We seek an experienced Finance professional for a manager role in our Pune office.

This role will report to the track lead, manage 2-3 direct reports, a team of 10-15 individuals and collaborate with the other managers in Client Accounting.

This individual is expected to bring logic, discipline, expertise, and a controls mindset. Additionally, this individual should be a strong coach, able to improve team performance and provide meaningful feedback/development. Internal stakeholders include senior leadership and other teams within Finance.

Responsibilities:

- Co-lead team that supports the organisation's largest, most at-risk projects throughout the project financial lifecycle, including project setup, project forecasting, project financial reviews, revenue recognition, identifying margin drivers

- Management of direct reports, responsible for their career development, coaching, day-to-day project management and team initiatives

- Establish EAC review process with CA Team members, FBPs and Project Teams

- Lead or sponsor initiatives within Client Accounting related to process documentation, process enhancements and CA Team tool enhancements

- Participate or lead finance-wide initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business required; CA preferred

- 9-15+ years of relevant work experience in a finance role, professional services firm preferred

- High level of self-motivation; ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished and resourcefulness to get things done

- Strong partnership experience across multi-disciplinary teams, with ability to influence others.

- Effective oral and written communication skills
