Finance Manager - Chartered Accountant - Venture Capital Fund

Qualifications:

i. The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant by qualification.

ii. Minimum 10 years of experience in the private equity/venture capital space.

iii. Must be based out of Delhi/NCR or should be willing to relocate.

Roles & responsibilities:

i. Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.

ii. Use financial modelling to simulate financial scenarios.

iii Present potential scenarios and outcomes to the management team.

iv. Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organisation financial documents.

v. Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.

vi. Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.

vii. Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organisation.

viii. Prepare all the due diligence, audit reports and compliance reports according to the various legislations applicable to the organisation.
