Finance Manager - CA - IT/KPO/Online

Designation: Finance Manager -Gurgaon

Required an individual who will involve in formulating financial plans, interpreting financial data, preparing summaries, presenting results for management review, monthly forecasting and budgeting, etc.

Desirable Skills

- CA qualified.

- 0-2 years of experience.

- Experience in accounting and financial analysis from a leading high growth firm; advanced operational experience is preferred.

- Superior analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate & influence with a senior management team.

- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment to lead and drive complex initiatives; experience leading teams preferred. Some travel may be required.

- Experience in successfully managing and mentoring teams.

Salary up to 6 lacs

Responsibilities

- The role will involve formulating financial plans, interpreting financial data, preparing summaries, presenting results for management review, monthly forecasting and budgeting, etc.

- Review of Accounting Policies, Notes & Other disclosures

- Preparation of Balance Sheet & submission of Management reports

- Contribute towards expense management, payable & receivables.

- Prepare tax returns and advise management regarding effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing tax liability.
