Finance Manager - CA - Chemical Industry (10-16 yrs)

Looking for the following profile for one of my client in OMAN.

- The group is into a variety of business including manufacturing of Chemicals.

- This position is for Finance manager reporting to CEO of the company, to be based at SOHAR in OMAN.

- The company is offering CTC salary which includes Basic, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Telephone and Special Pay.

- This is a permanent position, however the contract is renewed every 2 years as per Omani law.

Candidate must have :

1. Qualified CA with minimum 10 years experience

2. Only from Chemical, petrochemical, Oil&Gas, Refinery or fertilizer industry

3. Experience of working in ORACLE ERP

4. Good knowledge of IFRS reporting

JD:

- Financial strategy planning, monitoring, reporting, including implementation of policies, systems & processes.

- Managing financial audits and other control systems to monitor the flow of funds, income and expenditure, sales revenue and other budgetary items.

- Prepare and present Annual Budget for the approval of the Management.

- Manage and monitor Project Financials & its accounting.

- Oversee all Company accounts and investments.

- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.

- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.

- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.

- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.

- Comply with Government / Ministry regulations and legislation including Income / Deferred / Withhold tax etc.
