Finance Manager - CA

About the Role:

As a Finance Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Finance to oversee financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You'll play a key role in audit management, P&L analysis, and financial forecasting, ensuring our financial processes are both efficient and strategic.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closures

- Manage audits, tax regulations (GST, TDS), and compliance with Ind AS

- Strengthen cost allocation, revenue recognition & financial transparency

- Lead forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives

- Collaborate with HR, Operations, Growth, and IT to optimize financial systems

- Mentor and develop junior finance team members

What We're Looking For:

- CA qualification is mandatory

- 3+ years of experience in finance, with expertise in controllership, audit, and industry finance

- Strong analytical skills & proficiency in financial modeling

- Excellent communication & leadership abilities

- Experience in startups or fast-growing businesses is a plus
