- Our client is a Startup based at Bangalore.
- We are looking for a Finance Manager with a CA qualification.
- Ideal candidate is someone with 2 to 3 years experience post completion of CA.
The Broad Job Responsibilities will be as follows :
1] MIS : Manage the MIS related to the Finance and Strategy function and present the same to the Top Management on a regular basis
2] Budgeting : The role involves annual budgeting for the various business functions and keeping track of the actual progress on an ongoing basis
3] Variance Analysis : Analyse the variance of actual numbers with the budget and highlight the reasons for the variance.
4] Expenditure Planning : Planning of the expenditure to ensure that the same is spread out in a consistent manner. Keep regular track of the expenses and figure out ways and means of controlling cost
5] Clearance of Expense Vouchers : Will be responsible for clearance of expense vouchers submitted by employees within the organization. Responsibility will include checking if the expenses are properly supported with Bills and are within the norms of the organisations
6] Setting up Finance processes to avoid Frauds : Set up processes in various aspects of the functioning of the Finance department to ensure that checks and balances are in place to avoid Frauds
We can consider bright CA's who have partial experience in above and willing to work hard and build a long term career in Corporate Finance and Strategy. Immediate joinees and/or those with upto 15 days notice period will be preferred
