We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and a proven track record of working with Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Investment Banking (IB), and Advisory clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 7 to 15 years of experience, particularly those with expertise in strategic financial analysis, portfolio management, and corporate finance advisory.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial insights, and managing key client relationships. This role demands a high level of expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage the companys financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive financial performance.

- Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients from PE, VC, IB, and Advisory sectors to understand their financial goals, provide tailored financial solutions, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

- Investment & Portfolio Management: Support investment decisions by conducting thorough financial analysis, evaluating potential investments, and overseeing portfolio performance.

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management, investors, and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 7-15 years of experience in financial management, with a significant portion of that time spent working with Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Investment Banking (IB), and Advisory clients.

- Education: MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent degree in finance or a related field.

- Client-Facing Experience: Extensive experience working with high-profile clients in the PE, VC, IB, and Advisory sectors, providing them with strategic financial guidance and support.

- Financial Analysis: Strong expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
