Finance Leader for leading Real Estate Company

An extremely reputed Real Estate company headquartered in Mumbai has entrusted us with the selection of Fund Raising expert.

In line with the Group’s philosophy of recruiting only the best talent available in the country the person we are looking for must be a knowledge-based leader in the area of finance with 7-11 years post qualification experience in the industry.

The candidate will be responsible for raising & managing funds, implementing financial controls and managing project investment. He will be required to provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial investments, do project financing, risk analysis. He will be required to do accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. He will have to liaison with various banks on regular basis for raising working capital facility, term loans and for other retail finance. He will also be required to manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation and reportings.

The position is based in the company’s head office in Mumbai

Education:

Chartered Accountant’s / MBA –Finance with hands on experience of fund raising from the Real estate Industry. Candidates should have worked for at least 3 years in the real estate company.
