Finance Lead - Controllership & Compliance - NGO - CA

This role will require your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency and controllership skills to aid the organization in maintaining financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy. You will also be leading audits and compliances.

The role is based on the outskirts of Delhi NCR.

The primary responsibilities would include:

1. Ensure all financial controllership functions are managed in a proper manner as per the contract requirements

2. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual internal/external financial reports.

3. Maintain Financial & Regulatory compliance for grants/funds.

4. Engage with various stake holders to meet specific reporting needs.

5. Assist and Manage with all audit preparation and audit activities.

6. Coach and manage a high performing team

To fit the bill, you must:

1. Be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

2. Have 12+ years of post-qualification experience in controllership, compliance, Audit, budgeting, and accounting in leading companies.

3. Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

4. Have the ability to build and lead teams
