Responsibilities:

- Enforce budget adherence, analyze variances with ROI metrics, and align financial planning with GMV trends.

- Optimize cash conversion cycles by forecasting cash flows, managing receivables, and controlling inventory.

- Ensure timely closures, variance analysis, and compliance with statutory and audit requirements.

- Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing, promotions, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Monitor key metrics like operating leverage, net margin, and cash flow ROI, presenting actionable insights to leadership.

- Support financial modeling, forecasting, and transparent reporting for stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years in business finance or financial management, preferably within the retail or D2C sector.

- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or other financial software.

- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance.

- Proven experience in managing dynamic budgets and adjusting strategies in fast-paced environments.

- Meticulous approach to financial reporting and adherence to deadlines.
