5. Fund raising background will be a plus
Role brief :
- Owning the Finance & Compliance function of the overall organization
- Budgeting,
- Finance Controller function - Overseeing Accounts etc.
- Taxation - Indian and Global
- Monthly internal & Investor reporting
- Preparation of final accounts; leading the statutory audit with a Big 4
- Ensure compliance on all company laws working with the CS
