Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable Management: Ensure timely billing and collections, manage customer accounts, and monitor aging reports.

- Accounts Payable Management: Oversee vendor invoicing and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash positions, optimize fund usage, and maintain banking relationships.

- Intercompany Billing and Reconciliation: Administer intercompany transactions and ensure balance reconciliation across group entities.

- General Ledger Review and Reconciliation: Maintain accurate books of accounts, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.

- Transfer Pricing Oversight: Support the implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing policies and documentation.

- Payroll Management: Coordinate monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and employee benefit compliance.

- Liaison with Banks and Financial Institutions: Handle banking operations, loan documentation, and relationship management with financial partners.

- Audit Coordination: Prepare audit schedules, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and resolve audit findings.

- Monthly Book Closing & Financial Reporting: Manage the monthly close process and prepare accurate financial statements and MIS reports.

- Compliance & Statutory Filings: Ensure timely filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and compliance with all statutory obligations.

- Coordination with Legal/Statutory Consultants: Engage with legal advisors and statutory consultants to support business and regulatory needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Masters in Finance

- Professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) preferred

- 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory regulations

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally)

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
