Finance Director - Industrial

- Leading the Finance/Controlling & IT function

- Responsible for the coordination and definition of financial and tax-related strategies and the contract management

- Continuous analysis of the current financial situation and upcoming developments

- Implementing defined strategies and objectives

- Controlling and guiding the daily work

- Ensuring well-organised communication of decisions and current developments

- Implementing and coordinating annual personnel and investment planning

- Determining and maintaining the company key performance indicators and targets

- Developing and implementing standardised reporting functions, work instructions for optimising the process chains

- Planning, managing, and controlling all financial data in order to provide decision memos and recommended procedures to the Managing Director and external financial partners

- Generating consolidated statements of income as well as balance sheets

- Continuous result optimisation

- Creating and tracking financial business plans

- Forecasting the company's development

- Providing a suitable liquidation and financial framework as well as risk management planning for a health growth of the company

- Commercial contract management & claims management

- Controlling all company functions and activities

- Travel and insurance management

- Representing the Management at external financial partners

- Providing a suitable IT landscape and processes

- Close international cooperation within the matrix organizations

- Continuous reporting to the Executive Board as well as the Corporate Manager Finance/CO/IT

- Comply with all relevant company and statutory environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines
