Finance Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT

Director Finance - FP&A - 15 - 20 Years Exp

Candidate Requirements :

- The person should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA from a reputed Institute . This person should have atleast 5 years- experience in FP&A at a MNC

- The person should have 7+ years of managerial experience

- Should have been responsible for FP&A for a BU managing revenue, Opex and other analytical reports

- Should be flexible to manage a diverse team which supports diverse functions globally ranging from Sales, Marketing, Engineering and support functions

- Should have exp in Financial Planning / Analysis / Budgeting / Forecasting

- Ability to work effectively across time zones/ geographies and with key global stakeholders. Experience of working in matrix organizations would be an advantage

- Ability to work along with other team members in a co-ordinated manner.
